Role:
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role within the Business Development team. Your meticulous preparation, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be crucial to your success.
This role requires seamless collaboration with internal teams, clients and key partners. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning while ensuring exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support our B2B business streams, working with high-profile clients in the sports licensed and corporate industries
- Ensure the project management framework is well-organized and operating effectively
- Serve as the primary liaison between external clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage projects involving custom collection launches and deliveries, ensuring all client specifications and deadlines are met
- Facilitate and oversee the entire order process from purchase order submission to production, present finalized orders to the production team, manage billing to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with accounts to optimize customer experience and track business results
- Manage multiple project management tools (Asana, Collection Launch Calendars, client buy sheets, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely execution of key programs and deliverables
- Collate and summarize business reports, creating presentations to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences, including peers, senior leaders, and accounts, on high-priority initiatives and programs
- Effectively guide new and existing accounts through the project lifecycle
- Be the subject matter expert in Peace Collective retail products
Requirements:
- 3+ years project management experience, bonus if you’ve worked in an agency setting
- Able to problem-solve autonomously within uncertain project environments
- A self-starter who is self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Dedicated to excellence with exceptional attention to detail
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to handle rapid change and ambiguity
- Capable of quickly organizing information and summarizing it
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
