Role:

As a Floor Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing materials for production and providing support to operators as needed. This dynamic role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Picking and preparing orders for production
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock counting, recording inventory levels, receiving and stocking blank materials upon their arrival
• Folding and bagging finished garments 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to uphold safety and quality standards
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment
• Perform quality checks on finished products to verify compliance with quality standards
• Provide support to other departments as needed to meet production deadlines and goals

Requirements: 

• Physical demands associated with this position include walking, lifting and carrying heavy weighted materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - meaning you have a “Measure Twice, Cut Once” mentality!
• Ability to problem solve and are able to troubleshoot on your own
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety regulations
