love this shirt! so happy that womens sports are finally getting the recognizition that they deserve. Only wish it came in a hoodie. I got a large for a nice oversize fit knnowing it would shrink a tad in the dryer as it is 100% cotton and it is the perfect size

Excellent product/Disappointing Service

I ordered a Tote Bag on May 18th, for a Birthday Gift for a party I was attending June 11th. The confirmation showed the item was available and would arrive by Courier in approximately one week.
It took 5 weeks to arrive, two weeks after the occasion! When it did finally arrive it was distorted from being squeezed into my mail box. I paid for courier service!

The most frustrating fact was when I tried to inquire as to why or when I would receive this luxury/designer product your “customer service” stated to expect a response in 3 days- the reply took
11 DAYS!!! And, instructions not to send additional inquiries and this would put me to the back of the queue!!!!

Perhaps I will win your contest and receive the $250. Gift Card
I will pass it to the recipient, as they love the gift and your brand. I didn’t share my lousy ordering experience, just said this is such a hot item, we had to wait
